We will try to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

If the dispute is not resolved informally, you and WAX&WIT CANDLES agree to resolve any dispute through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court. Arbitration shall be conducted by a mutually agreed upon arbitration service under its applicable rules. The arbitration will be conducted in English.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AND WAX&WIT CANDLES AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. This means you may not bring a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against us.
